We’re a mother-daughter duo getting started in the San Antonio food truck scene! During the pandemic, we were both able to spend more time sharpening our skills in the kitchen as well as learning how much of a difference fresh, Texas ingredients can make on a plate. We also learned during lockdown how much we desperately needed classic San Antonio cuisine in our life. Whether it be a big juicy burger, a killer chicken sandwich, or sweet aguas frescas, we know the gap that such good food can leave in our hearts once it’s taken away. Now, it’s our mission to bring a classic Taste of 210 to you!
